Traditionally, elders hand out money in beautiful red envelopes to their loved ones on the occassion of Chinese New Year. We created these paper laced envelopes to be handed over to clients as complimentary to their purchase. The design here is inspired from a motif from the Lotus collection (from the brand) and laser cut to reveal the golden sleeve inside to hold the money. We created these for distribution in January 2017 for the Hong Kong boutiques of the brand.
These were designed in Mumbai and produced in Hong Kong.
